Built for Real Farm Work
Farm equipment faces tough conditions – UV exposure, temperature extremes, chemical exposure from fertilizers and herbicides, plus physical abuse from daily use. This Tisco primer is formulated specifically for agricultural applications to handle what your equipment dishes out day after day.
Made to Last
The oil-based formula provides excellent adhesion to properly prepared surfaces and creates a tough, protective barrier that keeps moisture and contaminants away from the underlying metal. This isn’t cheap hardware store primer – it’s made for equipment that earns its living outdoors.
Good to Know
For best results, clean and sand the surface thoroughly before applying this primer in thin, even coats. If you’re painting over bare metal or switching colors dramatically, this primer step makes all the difference in how your final coat looks and lasts. One quart covers plenty of surface area for most repair jobs.
