The Liquid Controls D4190 Pre‑Set is a precision, manually programmable quantity control device designed to regulate whole‑gallon deliveries on 3‑inch Liquid Controls positive displacement meters. Built with a positive, non‑topping vernier clutch and a positive‑acting stop button, this two‑stage preset enables accurate control by counting down from a programmed quantity. When activated, it slows flow at the first knock‑off point and then shuts delivery at the final knock‑off by actuating a connected valve. Designed for reliability at speeds up to 250 RPM of the right‑hand wheel, the D4190 utilizes modern materials to deliver long‑term durability in demanding industrial environments.
